Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the sliced garlic and cook until golden brown.
Remove the garlic and set aside.
Add the red chili flakes to the oil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Stir in the sesame oil and soy sauce.
Strain the oil into a jar and add the cooked garlic back in.
