Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced garlic and cook until golden brown.
  3. Remove the garlic and set aside.
  4. Add the red chili flakes to the oil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Stir in the sesame oil and soy sauce.
  7. Strain the oil into a jar and add the cooked garlic back in.
