Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 bunch Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Drizzle sesame oil over the beef and toss to coat.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
