  • 500 g Pork loin thinly sliced
  • 1 piece Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced pork and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. 3. Add the grated ginger, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar to the pan.
  4. 4. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
