- 2 cups Sushi Rice
- 1 piece Japanese Gourd soaked and sliced
- 3 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 sheets Nori
1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
2. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Pour over the cooked rice and mix well.
3. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
4. Arrange the sliced gourd in a line along the bottom edge of the rice.
5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
