Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread the cooked rice evenly. Top with chicken and broccoli.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
