Instructions
1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add the blanched green beans to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the beans are well coated.
5. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the green beans and toss to combine. Serve warm.
