  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions

  2. Grill the mochi pieces for about 5 minutes on each side or until they puff up and get a little charred.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, and water until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Brush the grilled mochi with the soy sauce mixture and serve immediately.
