  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through.
