Ingredients 

Vegetables

  • 1 large Zucchini sliced
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 large Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Add the sliced vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Grill the vegetables for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
