  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
