Japanese Gyoza Soup Recipe
A comforting Japanese soup with delicious gyoza dumplings.

Soup Base
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
- 12 pieces Gyoza dumplings
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add gyoza dumplings and cook until they float, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add baby spinach and green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
