Ingredients 

Soup Base

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 12 pieces Gyoza dumplings
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add gyoza dumplings and cook until they float, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add baby spinach and green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
