  • 500 g Ham sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and grated ginger.
  3. Place the ham slices in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
