Japanese Herring Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Herring fresh
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the herring fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
4. Pour the sauce over the herring in the pan and cook for another 5 minutes, basting occasionally.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
