Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch for coating
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. 2. Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  5. 5. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
