Ingredients

  • 200 g All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 20 g Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. 4. Stir in the melted butter until the batter is smooth.
  5. 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease it.
  6. 6. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. 7. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
