  • 4 pieces Mochi sheets store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cornstarch for dusting

Instructions 

  1. 1. Dust a clean surface with cornstarch.
  2. 2. Place a mochi sheet on the surface and put a scoop of ice cream in the center.
  3. 3. Wrap the mochi around the ice cream, pinching the edges to seal.
  4. 4. Wrap the ice cream ball in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  5. 5. Remove from freezer and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
