Japanese Jalapeno Popper Recipe
A spicy twist on the classic jalapeno popper with a Japanese flair.

Main Ingredients
- 12 whole Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter.
Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each filled jalapeno.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
