Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 whole Jalapenos halved and seeded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter.
  5. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each filled jalapeno.
  6. Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
