- 1 whole Kabocha Squash medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 cup Dashi
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
1. Cut the kabocha squash into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a pot, combine dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the kabocha squash pieces to the pot. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the squash is tender.
