Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 slices White bread crusts removed
  • ¼ cup Tonkatsu sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. 2. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Drain the chicken on paper towels and slice into strips.
  5. 5. Spread tonkatsu sauce on one side of each bread slice.
  6. 6. Place shredded cabbage on two slices of bread, top with chicken strips, and cover with the remaining bread slices.
  7. 7. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
