Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 small Carrot finely chopped
  • ½ cup Frozen Peas
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and carrot, and cook until they are tender.
  3. Add the frozen peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
  5. Pour in the ketchup and soy sauce, and mix well until the rice is evenly coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
