- 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and seasoned
- 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
- 1 medium Carrot julienned
- 1 medium Cucumber julienned
- 4 pieces Imitation crab sticks
- 2 large Eggs beaten and cooked into a thin omelet
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1. Lay a sheet of nori on the bamboo sushi mat.
2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving about 1 inch at the top.
3. Arrange the carrot, cucumber, imitation crab, and omelet strips horizontally across the middle of the rice.
4. Drizzle a small amount of sesame oil and soy sauce over the fillings.
5. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure to shape it.
6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
