  • 20 g Dried Kombu Soaked in water for 10 minutes
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the dried kombu in water for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the kombu into thin strips.
  3. 3. In a pot, add water, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the kombu strips to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
