Japanese Lamb Curry Recipe
A delicious and hearty Japanese-style lamb curry.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb shoulder, cut into cubes
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 3 Carrots, sliced
- 2 Potatoes, cubed
- 2 tablespoon Curry powder
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add lamb and cook until browned.
2. Add onions and cook until softened.
3. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for a few minutes.
4. Stir in curry powder, soy sauce, beef broth, and honey. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
6. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
