Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb shoulder, cut into cubes
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 3 Carrots, sliced
  • 2 Potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add lamb and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add onions and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in curry powder, soy sauce, beef broth, and honey. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
