Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add the lamb chunks to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated lamb on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
