Main Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Add the lamb chunks to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Place the marinated lamb on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
