  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped leeks and sauté until they start to soften.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. 4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the leeks are tender and the sauce has reduced.
  5. 5. Serve hot as a side dish.
