  • 2 large leeks sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced leeks and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
