Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
