A refreshing and tangy Japanese cocktail made with lemon and shochu.

Main Ingredients
- 2 oz Shochu
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 2 oz Club soda
- 1 slice Lemon for garnish
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add shochu, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
5. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
