- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 head Lettuce separated into leaves
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
4. Stir in soy sauce and mirin, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat, mix in chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
6. Serve the mixture in lettuce leaves.
