Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Gravy
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Eggs fried
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
In another pan, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
To serve, place a scoop of cooked rice on each plate, top with a hamburger patty, fried egg, and pour gravy over the top. Enjoy!
