Instructions
1. Peel and slice the lotus root.
2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the lotus root slices and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well.
5. Cook for another 10 minutes until the lotus root is tender.
6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
