  • 300 g Lotus Root peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and slice the lotus root.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the lotus root slices and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 10 minutes until the lotus root is tender.
  6. 6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
