Ingredients

  • 200 g Macaroni
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.
  4. 4. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. 5. Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. 6. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce. Pour into a baking dish.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
