Ingredients

  • 200 g Macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken diced
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen or fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir continuously for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
  5. Add the shredded cheese to the sauce and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni, chicken, and mixed vegetables to the sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle some extra cheese on top if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
