Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g macaroni
  • 0.5 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 carrot, julienned
  • 0.25 onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup ham, diced
  • 0.5 cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix macaroni, cucumber, carrot, onion, and ham.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Japanese mayonnaise and rice vinegar.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.
