Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Mackerel fresh
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Cook mackerel fillets skin-side down until crispy, about 5 minutes.
4. Flip the fillets and pour the sauce mixture over them.
5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot with rice.
