Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 2 fillets Mackerel fresh
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 sheet Nori
Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until dissolved. Pour over the cooked rice and mix well.
Slice the mackerel into thin pieces.
Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo mat, spread a layer of sushi rice over it, and place mackerel slices on top.
Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
