  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 2 fillets Mackerel fresh
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 sheet Nori

Instructions 

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until dissolved. Pour over the cooked rice and mix well.
  3. Slice the mackerel into thin pieces.
  4. Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo mat, spread a layer of sushi rice over it, and place mackerel slices on top.
  5. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
