- 4 fillets Mahi Mahi
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and grated ginger.
2. Marinate the Mahi Mahi fillets in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
5. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
