  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Blend the chopped mango until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mango puree, heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
