- 4 medium Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon White Miso Paste
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1. Boil the potatoes in a saucepan until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the saucepan.
3. Add the milk, butter, salt, miso paste, and soy sauce.
4. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
