  • 500 g Beef thinly sliced
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 cups Dashi
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the beef. Cook until browned.
  2. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add the potatoes, dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
