Japanese Meat and Potato Stew

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef thinly sliced
- 4 Potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 cups Dashi
- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the beef. Cook until browned.
Add the onion and cook until softened.
Add the potatoes, dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
