  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 Egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Place the meat mixture in the center of the pastry. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
