Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 400 g Canned Tomatoes crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Add crushed tomatoes, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. 4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve over pasta or rice.
