Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 500 g Ground pork
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped

Soup

  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 200 g Napa cabbage, chopped
  • 200 g Mushrooms, sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, egg, soy sauce, grated ginger, and chopped green onions. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  2. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Carefully add meatballs to the broth. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add napa cabbage and mushrooms to the pot. Continue to simmer for another 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
