Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, mirin, ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and press it down to shape it into a loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is nicely browned.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
