- 8 pieces Mini sausages Japanese-style
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Heat the frying pan over medium heat.
Add the mini sausages and cook until they start to brown.
Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir to coat the sausages evenly.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and serve.
