Japanese Miso Dressing
This is a simple and delicious Japanese miso dressing recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon White miso paste
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Water adjust as needed
In a bowl, whisk together the miso paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until smooth.
Gradually add water to the mixture, whisking continuously until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
