Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Water
- ¼ cup Miso Paste
- 1 block Tofu cut into cubes
- 2 cups Napa Cabbage chopped
- 1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Green Onions chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
3. Add the tofu, napa cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, green onions, garlic, and soy sauce.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
