Ingredients 

Broth

  • 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoon Miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Noodles

  • 4 servings Ramen noodles

Toppings

  • 2 Boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 sheet Nori (seaweed), cut into strips

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring the broth to a simmer.
  2. 2. Add the miso paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until the miso paste is dissolved.
  3. 3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. 4. Divide the cooked noodles into bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
  5. 5. Top with boiled eggs, green onions, corn, and nori strips. Serve immediately.
