  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 3 tablespoon White miso paste
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the miso mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
