  • 200 g Japanese mountain vegetables (sansai)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and cut the Japanese mountain vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
